I am a Mini/Tweenie/Standard: Mini

Hair Color: Black & Tan Dapple I look like a baby seal with spots!
Coat Type: Smooth and shiney!
Eye Color: Brown
Favorite Person/People: Momma, although Dad gives good treats
Favorite Toy: Turtle with the feet chewed off; but, they are mine…all mine!
Favorite Treat: Yogurt or Ice Cream
Favorite Things or Favorite Things to Do: Snuggle with Mom, Walkies, bark at the squirrels
Least Favorite Thing to have done or to do: Eat dry dog food! Yech! It’s not fit for a dog! Anything wet, baths, wet grass, raindrops, etc. Don’t ya know Doxies melt.
Where I Sleep at Night: Hmmpppfff…the big bed, right next to Mom!
I am a Hunter/Huntress -- Yes or No: NO! What, me sniff out some varmint? Yucky, let Dottie do it! I’m a house dog.
What I do when my Hoomans are away: Snooze
Story about me that my Hoomans would like to share:

Jude came to us from fellow WW member Janet in Texas. She was found starving (6 lb. of skin and bones) and frightened. Janet saw around her aggression and knew she was worth a try. Rescued on the day before Easter, she was named for St. Jude, the patron saint of lost causes. When I first saw Jude’s little face, I knew she was ours. Ken kept saying “not another one” (he, he, he didn’t stand a chance!). Judy had him wrapped around her paw the first night she was here.

Judy almost didn’t make it to us. The cost of airfare, adoption, etc. was more than we could handle; but, the generosity of the members of this board helped pay her way and we will always be grateful.

Judy still has some aggression issues; but, we are working with a trainer and she is learning that being submissive can be fun. She is sleek and silky and loves to play!

Oh Judy girl - your story brought tears to my eyes - I remember it so well !!!! You are looking mighty fetching today...... we will always be grateful for your Janet-Angel that snapped you up and found you your forever home !!!! I can't wait until Janet sees the pictures of Judy on here. She is definitely not a 6lb, scared, starving doxie now. She is absolutely beautiful. I can't get over how shiny her fur is. You are right about her looking like a baby seal! I agree that her face would make any heart melt and want to take her home (and give her lots of treats).

Judy, I hope you have a wonderful Star day. You've already had the two best days you could ever have. The one when Janet rescued you and the one when Dianne brought you to your forever home!

Judy, you are a DOLL BABY!!! I'm sure that with the TLC you get there in your forever home, you will overcome your excess baggage. Janet, you are an angel for taking on a starving baby who needed your help so badly, it can't be easy taking on a "case." When I am retired, I hope to take on the rough cases and help them. Judy is so cute!!! Great write-up!
