Momma's on a diet and

Dis is Eddie and we are eating healthy.  Momma is trying eat health and I HAVE TO go along wif it.  BUT every morning for breakfast she has yogurt and granola and she lets me clean the bowl and sometimes she puts fruit in it.  Oh boy have I hit pay dirt.

Marcia here,  I decided to start eating healthier than I have been.  So I've been eating yogurt, granola and fruit for breakfast and Eddie or Cleo kitty get the yogurt left at the bottom of the cup.  Mostly Eddie gets the leftovers because the kitty's face won't fit into the cup.  Eddie loves the yogurt even if its plain yogurt.

Actually, all yogurt cups (except Yoplait - those arrogant French!) are designed for pupper noses.  Especially minis!  Oh, ja it's all for you!  Danke you, guten Tag.

A little yogurt is good for the digestive system...it's got bacteria that helps the absorbsion of nutrients.
