Fishing Roadtrip

Went out for a roadtrip....
We asked the dogs if they were up for a cruise and they all jumped up ready for another adventure..
decided to explore some country that I haven't seen for quite awhile.... Porcupine Provincial Forest.
There is a nice road that loops around for a 100 miles or so and it makes for a nice day trip.
The weather was nice but threatening thundershowers made for some interesting scenes.

Just a few pics to share our fine day with our Doxie friends!

and we are off to another location... just as the winds pick up to signal incoming weather we are off!
The storms followed us all day without catching up! We had sunshine all day!
On returning home we heard that some areas  were pounded by hail,,, ruining some crops....
The yellow Fields are of Canola one of the main crops out this way,,, beautiful when in bloom!

Tried fishing here and there,,,, fun, but nothing major...

Ceaser was so happy!  He loves these roadtrips and was smiling all day!

Haha, he's a regular Newfoundland wanna be!! He is really starting to love the lakes... doesn't need any urging...
He even don't mind having a BAFF!

loeve rock tippy toes, and you can here him thinking if I was 2-3 inches shorter this would be easier.
Our Angus Angel was a Newfoundland wanna be rivers, beach's lakes he was in in a shot including drained ornamental pond in the park half filled with mud, and I had to get him home in the car.
