Mama is going back to werk.....

Well she's gone and done it  now!     My mama decided to babysit full-time for dat boy she watched a few weeks ago.  She finks its perfect cause she will be watching him 4 days a week from 7:30am to 6:30pm.   I guess dats okay, but dat means she will be gone a looong time.  Mama said most of da hours wont be dat long, but some days could be.  Supposedly da child is an angel.  Lucky for me, she's watching him at his house.   I fink it will be a lonely summer wifout my mama's walks and going swimming at da lake.       

Mama sez she's gonna leave out my pwastic pool and I can pway in it all day if I wanna while she's at werk. But, its jus' not da same when i can't splash her!!     It will onwy be for da summer she sez, but dats a loooong time!!!    :crazyeyes:   I guess I hab my hoogwandma and Bandit and Jade to pway wif, but dats jus' not da same. 

On a lighter note, wez mighta found us a house.  We looked at two houses, one was okay, and da odder one would be perfect!!  Da second one we looked at isn't da palace or anyfing, but we lub da wocation, it has a BIG yard, free bedwooms, and is cleaner dan da odder pwace. Plus dere's a guy who libs down da road a ways dat my mama sez would let her ride his horses!!   :apls:  (She can leab me outta dat part!)   Also da landlady is a old client of my mama's fwom da fitness pwace she worked at.   And da lady finks I'm dorable!!    :meme:  Da onwy bad part of da situation is da yard doesn't hab a fence.   We are gonna fill out da appwication and see if we get it or not.  My momma will take some pictures too if we move in dere.   Its really close to da lake we used to live at so I could go on da boat and swim again!!

Wow!  Looks like some changes are coming your way, Porky.  Maybe while you mommy is gone to werk, you can WERK at training Jade to be a good girl  .  Hope you get that nice house.  Perhaps mom can get you a BIG X-pen for the outside until if or when a fence is built.  You'll LOVE having your own house cuz Mr. Hoodie will have to KNOCK before he comes in.

Wow Porky Pie, you do have some changes coming.  But just remember this...when momma makes money, momma can afford more tweats and goodies for you....
and we hope you get that really nice house.  It sounds wonderful and you will have a nice back yard.  Maybe since the landlord knows your mom and she thinks you are adorable...just maybe she will go halfs on a fence for you????  Wouldn't that be nice :thumb:

We are planning on getting Porky an x-pen for when we are at work. However, leaving him outside is not an option. Although, he would have a BLAST, I would be worried sick the whole time.   Our weather has been very unpredictable lately and there are lots of snakes in the area near the new house.  If it started to rain or heaven forbid, hail I wouldn't be able to run home and let him in.   I think our best bet is on a nice day to set up the x-pen in the kitchen and let him have fun there. He would be able to see out the windows, hear the tv or the radio and be pretty content.   If it looked like the storms were going to roll in later, he would be in the basement with his x-pen and radio to listen to.  He likes to listen to Rush and Dr. Laura.     Sometimes he likes Glen Beck.     

Also our neighbors that we know would and trust would probably be willing to come put Porky in his crate if the weather gets real bad or even take him to their house so he wasn't scared.   Another bonus I thought of with the new place is that we won't have to worry about fireworks out there.  Porky has to take anxiety meds every fourth of July if we are living in town.      We would probably pay to put up a fence ourselves but I like the idea of going halfs like Cheryl suggested.     :apls:

The lady told us today that they have a few more people to show the house, but so far we are tops on her list!!   :meme:  I'm just trying to get my hopes up too much.  They will even let us paint, change carpets, basically anything we want to decorate the house.  And I could have my vegetable garden again. I LOVE gardening even though it kills my allergies.   :thumb:  If we were really in a pinch, my mother-in-law is willing to watch Porky when she's not working.   I love that I would have Tuesdays off.  They offered to let me bring Porky, but since the little guy I'm watching has seizures I don't think it would be the best idea to let him get that excited.      Plus he just drops when he has one, I would hate for him to fall over Porky and get hurt.   I think Porky will be just fine with me gone four days a week.
