Rattlesnake Vaccine

What do you know about the rattlesnake vaccine and would you give it to your dog???  I don't know much about it myself and just was looking for opnions about it.   From the little I have read about it, all it does is stop the venom from spreading so fast???  I just thought it would be interesting to get some input and see what people on here are thinking about it.

It is expensive from what I have seen on Animal Planet yes I would give it if I could afford too seems like they recover faster.
