 Well, your thoughts, prayers and rays were all right on target - I came home last night around 1:30 a.m., got into bed wih the boys (Ha! I should live so long! :2funny: ), Ann microwaved a Kosher for Passover dinner for me, and now it's 10 in the morning and I'm feeling better than yesterday.

A funny side note: at the hospital, I suddenly decided that I wanted to let you all know I was in the E.R.  How?  Well, I could call Darcel in Knoxville - but I don't have her phone number with me, and I don't know her last name.  Julia who?  :dontknow: DeeDee Murray lives in Washington state SOMEWHERE.  Kari and Drew don't exist in Santee, :BangHead: Mel also has no last name, :crybaby2: David's last name starts with a "C", and doesn't Mike live in Illinois?  Or is it Mike's last name starts with a "C" and David lives in Illinois!  Or maybe David's last name starts with a "C" AND he lives in Illinois and I don't know !@#$ about Mike!!  I'm so confused - wait, maybe I'm not!!!

I know!!  Patty's last name and she lives in Wasilla, Alaska! :idea1:

"Hello, 411?"  :call:
.
.
.
.
"I'm sorry, Ma'am, I can't find Wasilla, Alaska." :hiding:

"Well, buddy, get out those damn dogsledding poodles, 'cause that town is out there SOMEWHERE!!"

Finally his supervisor finds it and Patty comes to my aid!  What a deal, what a country!

I'm tired and I'm going to sleep.  Love you all. :bkiss:

Karen :ambulance:
(I seriously hate going by ambulance, so you know I've got to feel REALLY bad to have called them - in fact, at one point I was thinking, "Where the !@#$ ARE those guys?")
"I tried marriage and children - it ended badly.
I'm doing much better with dachshunds and rabbits."

I am glad you are home and resting. We should really put together a phone list for times like this. Not to mention for the weather. I know I have been MIA for a while with my own health issues but I promise I will be more dependable now. I will send you my numbers so you have them just in case. If anyone else would like to send them on to me or Karen please do. We have such a nice close group of friends here, we need to stick together!!

Karen, if there is anything at all that will help just let me know!! I may not be close by but I can always figure something out!

Take care of yourself!
I am a better person because I have my Mimi and Tuttle and now Carson!!!

Mike

I'm glad you are feeling better.  We enjoy your wit and humor so take good care of yourself so we can continue to reap the rewards of your company.

I've added my last name to my profile so I am a little more accessible. ( I am in IL (the LAND of LINCOLN) and MY last name starts with an L, David's starts with a C and he's in MD.)
There's nothing like having a dachshund tongue up your nose at 3 a.m.

What was so weird was that usually a recording comes on that says, "At the customer's request, the number you have requested is unlisted."  This time, the operator said there was nothing under your last name (in any spelling I could think of!) in Santee!

I'm glad you're back home and okay. Was D'Neil home with you? He's probably thinking there's about to be some major role reversal going on here! Take it easy and try to stay home for awhile.

While there is a core group writing each other . . .There are many members and Readers, notice the times viewed counter.  while I like to be tight lipped with personal info on the net  I will commit to checking in everyday until this health storm blows over. How about a cell phone upgrade to a blackberry?  You can keep in touch where ever you are  . . . I think?  Any input out there regarding blackberries?
Feeling alone in a health crisis is detrimental to your getting better!  I reconciled with a loony sister after my heart attack.  Bullcrap, opinions and our egos aside, enough of the nonsense.  Mom was gone and I needed someone next to my bed.  The BS got flushed and while we didn't hash out 50 years of hoohah,  She was there.  I hope you can get support from your family.  Mom died with everyone still behaving badly, even herself a bit.  What a loss, what a waste.  Her name was Esther and in her memory I hope my sharing can give you some hope and a little encouragement.

We are pulling for you in Land o' Lincoln

I am so glad you're home Karen.  My last name is Hallman (easy to remember Hall and man).  Also, there are three in the Knoxville book and two of us are related.  My dad's name  is Claxton, and I go by my initials D Y.  Soon I'll be moving in with dad and there will be two listing.

Feel better soon.
