Well my boy has made it through another day.  I am pleased to report that there are NO new secondary infections.  We are treating the sinus, intestinal and urinary infections with heavy doses of antibiotics and anti-inflamatory meds.  My kitchen looks like a drug store for puppers!  I actually think that he seemed a little bit more himself last night.  He is still coughing horribly when he moves at all so I carry him out to potty and such but the coughing spells do not seem to be lasting quite as long.  He has only vomited once in the last two days and he is keeping very small amounts of food down.
He is at the vets right now for the day.  He is able to be closely monitored there.  I will pick him up and bring him home again tonight.  I am so glad it is the weekend because I can keep him home with me....we hope.
I'll keep everyone posted and thank you all again for the support.  It helps more than you could possibly know!

Terri,

I am glad to hear this.  You just have to take it one day at a time.  It will take some time to get through this, but I know you guys are the perfect people to handle it.   I will be thinking of you and Toby.  Give Oscy and Buelah some love and tail wags from Sgt & Libby.
