Where does the poo go?

Anyone have any experience with the "Doggy Dooley?" (or something like it).  It's a device that you put in the ground outside, you put your dog's poo in it, some enzyme powder and it safely breaks it down into the dirt--it's like a mini septic system.

Silly gadget or useful tool?

I want one they work just like a septic tank. I think it would be useful but maybe someone on here has one and can tell us more.
