Hallie at the Art Workshop

Hallie and I just spent three wonderful days at an art workshop with one of my all time favorite artists, Terry Isaac. He is incredible and super nice and a great teacher. He had us all painting an eagle. He kept saying Hallie was the most well behaved dog he'd ever met (she spent most of the time sleeping on her blanket on the painting table next to me). I asked him to sign a print of his I had and he signed it "To Hallie...the best dog in the world." LOL. He said it was the first print he's ever signed to a dog.

It is sooo wonderful for both of us, to be feeling good and out doing fun stuff again! Here is a picture of Terry holding her yesterday and my eagle painting from the class, this was 10 or so hours of work it would normally take me a week of full time painting to get this far so a bit rushed and not finished, still needs lots in the feathers and the background isn't in yet but I really had fun and Hallie had a ball too.  :thumb:

As usual you do such beautiful work hope to get to see the Eagle when you are done with it.Of Course Miss Hallie is a wonderful dog she has a wonderful Mom so you both are a match.

Awww - two cute photos!  (Did I tell you about the possible photo I could have had - of a dozen  eagles in Alaska - but the film wasn't winding on the sprockets in my camera - and Brenda didn't take one, because that was the shot I was taking!  Sniff!)

Man oh Man DeeDee....  I never cease to be amazed by your talent.  (some of us have trouble drawing stick-people)
I'm glad to hear that things are better with Hallie and that your able to get out and about more.  She looks wonderful!
