a birdfeeder! 

I hung up my birdfeeder last weekend, and the squirrels love to hang out underneath it and eat the dropped birdseeds.  They are also plotting how to get into the birdfeeder...

Since our birdfeeder is right by the back door, that means lots of real squirrels right there.  All I have to do is open the back door, and Cookie gets so excited and chases them all the way to the big tree in the back of the yard.  I am waiting to see if she will start chasing the birds too.

Who knew the birdfeeder would provide such entertainment??  (for humans and doxies alike )

ours is the birdbath, for humans and dogs the other is nannies cat's shed and cage, where Harry spends the night, the guys stare at him from the bedroom window and him them till Harry is let out for the day.
