Sensitive Tummies?

Ozzy has recovered nicely from his scare in December.  I recently started to add his regular food to the special diet food he was on, and his poop got soft and I was starting to hear his tummy gurgling again.  I immediately put him back on the special food and he has improved again.

I'm wondering if there are others who are having to feed their dogs special food?  Do I try again with his regular food in a few days to see what happens?  Or should I resign myself to feeding him this special food?

It's Eukanuba (sp?) Adult Low-Residue food.  Fortunately, he loves it.

I'm sure the neighbors think I've lost my mind - every time Ozzy pees or poops, I have to got over and take a look to make sure he is hydrated and well.

I have to feed special food to Porky.  I would stick with the special food since his tummy is handling it better.
