Chocolate~Toffee Cookies...

We made these last night and they are very yummy....      :thumb:             Not sure how many are made, we made a double batch, and it made well over 48.... 



1 box yellow cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups toffee chips
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips


Mix cake mix, oil and eggs together until well mixed, add toffee and chocolate chips and mix until well blended.
Spoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.  Bake at 350 for 15 min. 
These are kid tested and highly approved....      :thumb:

These sound GOOD!  I am not much of a baker...although I love to cook.  I really like recipes that start with a cake mix.  I think I will try these over the weekend.  Thanks so much!
