Brunch Recipe Needed....

I need a good holiday brunch recipe or idea.  Anyone have any ideas for me?
We have the main dishes settled (omelets, raisin bread french toast, etc) but need some side dishes.

How about Thai crab cakes with a sweet chili sauce  or a cucumber sauce served with a tossed salad and crusty bread and a nice glass of chardonnay

I love Thai food & I think that if I can find a good recipe for Spicy crabcakes, it would pair very well with some of the sweeter menu items.
I appreciate your ideas!
