A Treat Box & The Best Day Ever!!!!

Friday Morning:
It's Franky's birthday today!  He's 11 and we never thought we'd see this day! Start off with a hearty breakfast and D'oh.... camera not working so no B-day pics. 
Got a call from Franky's Dr... blood work = excellent; urinalysis = clean. Dr calls Frank a miracle dog & we don't have to go back for 3 months.... REMISSION... YAHOO!!!!  :hello2:  :apls:
Went to the store to get Frank and Delilah a birthday steak and cake...come home and Leapin' Lizards..a treat box and delivered on Frank's B-day!
Both of them went NUTZ like they just knew it was for them, but I wouldn't open it because, no camera. 
Ran to the store to get camera, then let the fun begin.
We scored the jackpot!!!!!!!!!
toys: a whale, shell, octopus, froggy, hotdog
treats: buddy biscuits, Ziggies healthy dog treats + kong, bark bars
for the Hu-mom & Hu-dad: organic chai tea (my favorite), dachshund weekly planner, shot glass (for my collection!), cowboy barbecue rub (Oh boy, DH is the barbecue king), saltwater taffy, dachshund magnet, gift bag and notecards.
Franky went right for the treats and ate until I thought he'd pop.
Delilah went totally wacko for the toys and I had to fight with her to get the tags off.  She took all of them and hoarded them under the Christmas tree, then squeak, squeak, squeak.... then she rolled on all of them! 
Its almost 1 am here, now and although both fur-kids went to bed with their dad, Delilah cried and whined until I let her out so she could guard her new possesions.
Some of the pics are fuzzy because (1) I haven't figured out my new camera (2) I had to to take about 50 pics to try to get some decent ones since they would not keep still.....Frank busy eating and Dee shaking her toys.

THANK You so much Sandi, Mark & Sweet Maddie, the treat box was awesome and you helped make this the best day ever for all of us!

Woohoo!!  We're glad you got the treatbox!  I started collecting for it quite a bit ago and it drove Maddie NUTZ!  Every time she'd get on the futon, she'd have to make an inspection of the box, that seemed to have new stuff in it all the time, on the TV tray next tot he futon..  Bonus that the box came on Franky's B-Day.  We had so much fun putting it all together.  Madderoo, Sandi and Mark are thrilled that we made your day so joyful.  I love the picture of....is it Delilah......rolling on the hotdog!  :apls:

And THREE CHEERS for Franky and his good vet report!  It's hard to keep a good dachsie down!

Wow what a nice treat box!! (good job Sandy and Maddie!). Love the pictures Dawn. Looks like they thoroughly enjoyed their box! They are both just precious. Wow! Franky couldn't have had a better birthday - healthy, toys and treats! The pictures are great. They have such pretty, shiny (sp?) coats! HAPPY BIRTHDAY, FRANKY!
