for me.  If you knew what my personal life has been like for the last 5 months, you could write a novel, or a made-for-tv movie.  I can't go into too much detail, but I am staying at a friend's house, I have a restraining order in place and filed an amended one yesterday, and my aunt and I kept an appointment with a lawyer yesterday.  Brekke is safely away from my house.  The locks and codes will be changed today, and I am not residing in my home currently.  I will check in when I can.

There was a hearing today, and he has 60 to 90 days incarceration.  There will be a second hearing on the 13th for his original restraining order.   I will be contacting a lawyer for an annulment as soon as possible...
Thank you, everyone, for your prayers and well-wishes.  They are most truly needed.  He had a lady judge and a lady bailiff today, so I am sure he was not charmed.  The judge told him to stay away from my vicinity for a minimum of 90 days.

If at all possible moving out of the state you are into another state is a great idea if he does not know where you are he can not do much about it.Sounds like he will come after you if he gets the chance some men just do not take no for an answer.

Hi, Delia and everyone!  I have parent/teacher conferences this week, so I am busy, and I've been busy compiling a "novelette" for my lawyer.  They will be with me at the restraining order hearing on Tuesday at 8:30, and I am seeking an annulment, which under the circumstances, would be the best and easiest route to take.  I have no idea how long the process will take, but I have already been enjoying a week of peace and calm because I don't have daily arguments with someone because of medication or lack thereof. I have been falling asleep for an hour or so, as my "boardinghouse manager" and I watch Jeopardy, Wheel of Fortune, and our silly soap operas.  People at school tell me I look about 15 years younger (it's the feeling of relief to be away from the situation!)
