We ate buffalo . . .

Momma went to the pet store yesterday and came home wif a new kind of canned food.  It has golden delicious apples, Yukon Gold tatoes and buffalo in it among udder stuff.  We really like it, but momma only gives us a couple pieces with our dinner kibble to put gravy on it.    Bbut dere is another can wif a different kind in da cupboard that sounds just as good if not better.


Marcia here - This food came from a company called Merrick and they use only natural things - no corn at all.   I saw it before at one of the registerrs, but they said that it was a dealers sample & the store didn't carry it yet.   So when I saw it this time I thought the boys deserved a treat so I bought a couple of cans.  zthey eat it right uo and the good thing is the cat doesn't like it so they don't have to share with her.  It is a bit pricey for my budget, but I think they deserve a special treat once in awhile.

P.S. from Eddie I hit the jackpot yesterday there was a kitty AND a squirrel for me to bark at in the neighbors yard.

HA!  Way to go boys!  I bet Cajsa would like some of that too, maybe I'll try some out sometime.  I actually have some food made with kangaroo and treats of buffalo, but she's not gotten them yet.  I think we may try them out if we can get the ok from the vet.  You think she'd like them?

I bet you liked that!  Kevin likes buffalo, I find the flavor too string for my tastes.  Now I can tell my husband he likes dog food!
