Comfort Food Casserole!!

   I said I ws gong to have it on Friday night.  And..I'm ashamed to say...I did the same thing!      I still haven't gotten to make it, my excuse.....No time.

Mel, I am back from the Covered Bridge Festival and will post about it tonight....had a blast.  Thank you sooo much for this bean soup recipe....I am definitely going to try it....I am printing it out right now and starting to keep a "folder" for the recipes I am getting from WW.....

I have to go to work now but will write more tonight....

ps:  I ate a polish sausage in your honor

Thanks Cheryl. I hope it was as good as I remember Polish Sausages being. You just can't make them at home the same way!! 

Good idea about a seperate folder for WW recipes. I will have to do that to!!  :apls:

We had the Comfort Food Casserole tonight and it was great!! I will add a little extra tomato sauce next time, but even without the extra it was wonderful. Meg said it reminded her of a cross between Mac and cheese and baked spaghetti, two of her favorites.

Ok, now i'm hungry!  All those recipes sound delicious.

I have a similar recipe to Mel's beef and noodle casserole.  I LOVE IT!!!  So delicious and it makes wonderful leftovers!

We had the comfort food casserole last night....it was wonderfully delicious!!!!  We did double the tomato sauce (I just love a lot of sauce)  Hubby LOVED IT...and all my puppies got little nibbles....can't wait to try it again!!!
