My momma was weal sad today after she read somefing in da paper. Read her NDR post fwom today if you wanna know why.   She started to cwy about it so i sat on her lap and licked up her tears.  Dat seemed to make her feel better cause she laughed and gab me a big hug.  "Ummm....mom, I can't breathe!!"      Da rest of her day went better. i guess it just helps to cwy a wittle sometimes.     I joined in too and cwied a wittle wif her. 

I weally hope wez hab a better day tomorrow, but now momma has to figure out how to get a day off to go to da service thingy.   I wonder if dey 'llow doxies in dere??   :thinik:  Momma sez dere will be wots and wots of sad people dere.      I don't weally understand, i just know eberbody seems sad today. 

I'm goin to keep an eye on my momma and take good care of her.  Daddy has to werk tomorrow so..I'll comfort her if she gets sad again.   By da way...i fink she's a twooper cause she went to werk and pwetended to be happy for her cwients.  Eben when dey started talking bout wat happend, she didn't cwy.  She eben did a workout wif dem to wewieve her stwess.   Dey wike when she works out wif dem.   

Here's hoping tomorrow is better.

That was so good of you Porky. Schatzi is the best when it comes to taking the tears away. Meghan will get "Nashville sick" (she doesn't want to call it homesick since she is home) quite often here lately and if she is crying Schatzi is always there to lick her tears away. Usually Meghan ends up laughing instead of crying.
Keep up the good work and take care of your mamma tomorrow.

Porky Pie, you are a very good boy to take care of your momma so good.  I hope your momma has a better day tomorrow too.....    I am sure she will feel better with you taking care of her.  With you around, who couldn't help but smile!!!  Tell your momma we are so sorry for what happened and have the soldier's family, your momma and the entire town in our thoughts and prayers.  That can be devastating.  God Bless.
