Kleine's at Colorado State University Vet Hospital

....awaiting an MRI at 1:00 MT today.  We rushed her there yesterday as she wasn't doing well after the long weekend and going off the valium.  She couldn't pee on her own and was crying.   It is three hours from our house, almost in Cheyenne, WY.  This is a teaching hospital that is supposed to be where people from all over the country take their pets.  She is being seen by three or four specialists; neurologists, surgeons, etc.  Please pray that the MRI will show something that can be treated.  They are prepared to go into surgery while she is "under" if they see something.  My brain and emotions are fried.  I lost it at the hospital and the head of the whole place had to take ME in a room and comfort me until I could get it together.  She has just been prodded and poked so many times, I couldn't stand it.  Will write more when I know something....I know you all are with me.....

OH no Eileen. You guys have been in my prayers constantly. I was so hoping she wouldn't have to be prodded and poked anymore too...but all our prayers are with you both, augh this part of being a Mom SUCKS. She is in the very best place she can be though, they will figure it out and you will know what you are dealing with and how to treat it. Please keep us posted I will be anxiously waiting for news. Eileen I am so sorry you are going through this, I wish I could wave a majic wand and fix it.  We are praying  and sending megas rays. I was wondering if you looked into the supplements from Springtime? I really do swear by them. I hate to sound like a broken record but them and acupuncture really do work.

Yes, Eileen, we are with you! You are doing so much to help Kleine, you should be commended. Just hang in there. Even down here in Florida, I am aware of Colorado State's reputation. They and some other schools have been out front on vaccination protocols, for example. I have high hopes that they can find the correct form of treatment to make Kleine well again.

I am sitting at my desk choking back the tears.  I can understand completely why you'd "lose it."  You poor thing, and your poor baby Kleine.  I feel the experts at the university will be able to find out what is wrong with Kleine and fix her up.  Its okay to cry, we all understand the agony of having one of our doxies sick or hurting.  Just remember that we are all here for you to help you get thru this awful time.  Thats the beauty of this group of people, we understand when the rest of the world doesn't.
Will keep praying for Kleine, and for you.
