IVDD in the neck!!!!

I changed my post concerning Champ and his neck.  I really need some advice from someone who has a pupper with this in the neck.  see my revisions.  None of my options look good and I do not know if I can stand seeing Champ in this kind of pain.  None of the vets were optimistic.
What other options do we have?

I just responded to your last post. I would check with a holistic vet about accupuncture--if all fails please sign him over to a rescue put don't put him down,  because of it..  Check into adequan shots which is liquid glucosamine.
