Dear friends,
I have not been online recently because Franky has been sick with a bladder infection.  He has been on antibiotics (today we found out....the WRONG kind   :cussing:).  Last night he was running a fever and this morning he could not pee at all.  He is right now going through emergency surgery.  He has stones in his bladder and urethra which are completely blocking him up.  I just spoke with the surgeon and they are going to open his bladder to remove the stones, then try to push the ones in his urethra out, then they are going to remove his spleen ( because of the cancer/ immune disease).  If they cannot get the stone out of his urethra, they are going to have to create a different exit for his urine.
Franky's doctor warned us to prepare for the worst due to the steroids, immune supressive and other meds he has been on.
If you can please say and extra prayer for us or if you are not religious, just your kind thoughts would help.....I would be forever thankful.  I am a wreck right now.

Oh no Dawn - I am so sorry Franky and you and the rest of the family is having to go through this.  Sending powerful doxie rays and lots of prayers that they are able to clean everything up for our Franky.  Please keep us posted and know that we are all here for you.  We will be waiting for an updated report.  Hugs to you - hang in there mom....
