Lucy loves to hunt for salamanders and snakes in out back yard. Her hinny is so cute when it sticks out and all you see is her tail wagging

I always like the "tail out" pics.  It's as if dachshunds don't know that their back halves are as long as they are.

Rudy used to hear something in the walls at our condo.  He would dive under a piece of furniture and leave his back half showing.   Lucy Lu's piccys remind me of that.

She has caught numerous garden snakes. She just tortures them until they die or she gets bored. If she catches a lizard, she will just bite the tail off then search for more. Maybe she just likes the tails, I haven't figured that out yet.
