We just got set up with the program, mic and webcam.  We can now converse with our good friends in Nova Scotia free, AND we can see them while we talk, its so neat!

I don't have it but my nephew who is an exchange student in Scotland right now does. We all got together a couple of weeks ago at his Mom's and we talked to him (it was 2:30 am his time lol) and we could see each other too, Hallie made an appearance on his screen. :) It was very cool the only problem we had was the lag...you have to wait a bit after saying something to give the other person time to hear you and respond or else you are constantly interrupting each other. But it was really neat and like you said, free!
