Rudy chewing on his feet

For the last week or so, Rudy has been chewing on all of his feet non-stop.  The only thing different that I could think of that he is eating is some new treats I got.  I stopped those several days ago.  Other than that - same food.
Do they develop allergies to things that haven't bothered him before?

I don't see anything on his feet - or any kind of rash on his body.

Any ideas?

Hi Barb,

My mom's beagle has allergy problems and licks and chews on her feet - my mom found these Anti-itch wipes at Petsmart and wipes her feet off with them and it is one of the only things that helps!
