Anyone know how to make them less kb?

I love all the pictures. I especially love your personal Eeyore! Sometimes the program that came with your camera will have a resize function. Also, you can find a program online that will do it. Do a google search for "photo resizing". I downloaded one before for to try for someone, but it's on my other computer. I'll search through the messages and see if I can find it.
