I had a basset hound many years ago.  He was a great dog, who went to live with my brother-in-law who had space for him.  I remember how much like a hound he smelled, and bathing him was an event!

Thank heavens I got a 10 inch deep sink in the kitchen with a goose neck/spray faucet.  When it's bath time for The Herd, in they go! (Single file, please, no group bathing!) :bath2: :bath2: :bath2: :bath2:

That is soooooo sweet!   I LOVE Bassets, but I hear they need quite a bit of space.  There's something about those EARS!  :grin:
