Penny is awake and looking back and forth !!!!

She isn't yelping - she does grunt when you pick her up. She is still on Tramadol so that should be controlling any pain that she may have. She is definitely more alert today

I think it is the pain meds making her sleepy!

Rest is the BEST thing for her right now.  I'm glad to see she is taking it easy.

I looked in on Penny around lunch time.  I saw a hand, I think momma's hand, caress her and cover her with the blankie.  Love is wonderful thing!

  :apls: :thumb:  I just checked in on Penny and she definitely does look more alert today.....she doesn't appear to be in pain......Hurrah for Penny, Kari and Drew.....I know she is getting lots of love and attention.
