No school for Misty, but Alex will be going............

.......Misty has not been her 100% cheerful self lately.  It could be the cold weather we are having (minus 20).  She just likes to lay on the couch, cuddled up in the blanket her Aunt DD sent her when we rescued her and snooze.  So, I asked the trainer if it would be okay if I brought Alex to class instead and she said yes.  So Alex will be going to school the next 7 weeks, starting this Saturday.  We are keeping a close eye on Misty, she has had an episode with her back in the past.  Also, she was just wormed, in preparation for the class, and when we gave her part one of the worming a couple weeks ago, she had a bad couple of days afterwards, and I think that might be was getting to her now since she just got part two of the worming.  I just thought it would be best to keep her home and not take her out in the cold, to a strange place with other dogs, etc.  I'm sure Alex will enjoy going to school.

I'm so sorry that Misty isn't doing well - hopefully it is just the weather and nothing more serious. I bet that Alex will have a blast - give us a progress report

Awww - rays heading north for Misty Moonshine!  Feel better fast, little girl!  Alex, enjoy your classtime and some one-on-one time with Mom, and do your best in class!

Oh Misty I hate to hear you aren't feeling good enough to go to class. Patty I hope she is better soon! It's awful when you know they are off but don't know why. Alex will probably love going to class though! I still take Hallie even though I decided to retire her from showing this summer, because she loves it so much. Have fun! let us know how Misty is doing. (Hallie has that same blankie she still cuddles up in).
