Last Friday, I went in for a second fitness evaluation, just to see if things had improved.  On February 27th my first evaluation had me doing fine in the Cardiovascular, Strength, and Endurance tests, but my body fat was off the scale and my flexibility was not that good.  Still, my physiologic age (a rough estimate of my physical health) came out as 32 years.

I'm 47 years old by the way.

Last Friday, the Cardio, Strength, and Endurance stayed pretty much the same.  My body fat plummeted 33% and my flexibility improved by 45%.

My physiologic age is now 19.

I'm a teenager again! :hello2:  BUT, my with my body's age now at 19, am I  no longer legal to "imbibe!?!?"

Many thanks goes out to the water aerobics instructors at the fitness club I belong to.  And a big thank you to my super boss, who allows me to take longer-than-normal breaks to walk over a mile in the mornings and over a mile in the afternoons.

My blood sugars are down; my weight is down 26 pounds, and my doctor is extremely happy.

My blood pressure is still borderline high, so we are going to try a new medication once my current medication runs out.  Hopefully, I can get by BP down and I can feel like I've done everything I could to get my health back.

I just wanted to share this good news.
