my poor dashie got neutured

my momma brought me to the vet and i am hurting all over. i can't sit still and everytime i sit down i have to get up an walk about. they tried to put a cone on my head but i got scared and twice i took it off in 5 mins. they decided to leave me alone. my little brother bruno got netured 4 months ago and he was okay. i have been given extra painkillers but they don't work. i am a very sad dashie and i want advice on how to make myslef more comfortable
