Yesterday Was My "Birthday"

Hi, Maisie here.  yesterday was my "birthday".  At least that's what my Mom and Dad say since it's the day they brought me to my forever home from DRNA.  We would have posted this on my actual birthday but we had such a wild party that we were too tired    Anyway, I think I'm about 3 years old.  No one knows for sure since I was found roaming the streets of Michigan and nobody knows my real history.  I still feel like a young pup and can give my older sister a run for her money!  Love to everyone!

This is her favorite picture.  It's the one that the Dachshund Rescue of North America website posted when they needed a home for me.  My Mommy and Daddy saw it and they said their hearts just felt like someone squeezed them.  I don't know what that means but I'm sure glad because they adopted me!
