My husband and I decided it would be best to put our house we own up for auction since we have moved two hours away and dont want to deal with renters.  We want to get this house sold as soon as we possible can to avoid heating it over the winter.  The auction will be held on August 19 so please send rays that someone buys it for what we are asking or more.  :xfinger:  It is a great house and it would be a shame to see it sit empty for a long time.  I'll let you know on August 20th how the auction went.  I'll post it again on the 18th under events so I can update it there on the 20th.
