Hi my very naughty mini long daxie stud has caught my standard wire girl and they have had a family of 8 pups.Thye are adorable with smooth heads and a mix of long and soft wirey coats. What do I call them when they are advertised?wirelongs softwires.Any ideas.Would love to keep one but Im over run with daxies anyway.8 adults is all my poor wee garden can hold and the nr=eighbours will be sure to raise their eyes at me.

Do you have any picture of them that you can post? Lots of possibilities when you cross those coats.  You can get longs or wires or really bad coats of either.

I do hope you will be selling them on spay/neuter contracts.

Jen,in the UK these pups cant be registered with the Kennel club so are out to pet homes with no pedigrees. We cant force to get people to neutre their pups so a contract with that added would not work.Howvever as they arent pure breds the people cant register any future off spring.

Ah Ha... always forget you guys aren't allowed to cross coats and sizes over there.
I would guess they are probably wires with very soft coats... I would warn new owners they will probably require quite a bit of grooming.

Do any of the pups have
, beards or fluffy eyebrows ?
Do most people think of "Wires" as having ??
I call eLlIe a "Wire" because she has all the facial hair but she does not have a wire coat. She has a soft coat ..... which can grow long if we let it.
