Hoping that they can give me the name of the representative closest to San Luis Obispo.  I got a call from a friend of mine who has a friend that must surrender her 7 year old male dapple dachsie.  I don't know the whole situation but Tanya was wondering if I'd be able to take him.  Unfortunately two is my limit although Simon sounds very sweet.  She is presently housing him as apparently there was some neglect happening at his last home.  She, however, cannot keep him either, as she already has two dachsies of her own and can't take another.  So hopefully DRNA will contact me with a # for this area.  In the meantime, does anyone know of anyone in CA who is looking for a 7 year old male dapple?  As I said, my knowledge about this dog is very limited and I don't know all the details of his situation yet, but at least I can get the word out that Simon is looking for a new FOREVER home.

When my son and family moved to California, I put Maddie on the DRNA website and had many responses. And she didn't even have a pic posted and she went to a nice family. Try to post the fur kid on that site.
