Rays for Grandpa K

First, I found out my grandpa had choked on some meat he was eating during lunch a week ago and was on a breathing tube in the ICU.   He got the ventilator taken out last Monday, (by himself)   The doctor's then decided he was ready for it to be out and left him under observation for a day.  That night grandpa started coughing really hard and feeling icky.  Apparently, he had contracted pneumonia so by Wednesday morning the breathing tube was put back in.  He is still in the ICU today and will be for the next week at least.  Grandma called me and said he walked around the hopital yesterday and was complaining about being stuck inside bed where he couldn't go get some work done.   Here's hoping he can come home next week and be better by Easter when the whole family is coming to see him.    He is 85 so this could end up being a very serious thing.  Please keep him in your prayers.  I will keep you posted on his condition as often as I get information.  He lives 6 hours away so my husband and I have packed our suitcases for a few days just in case we need to hurry over if he gets worse.
