Mommy took us to a doggie park!!!

Minna here -Mommy tooked me and Gabbe to da doggie park today!! We had wots and wots of fun, but silly Gabbe wouldn't get two feet from Mommy.  I explored and played wif my cuzin Bob the Bichon.  Gabbe kepted wantin Mommy to pick her up and when she wudn't, Gabbe tried to get Auntie Cynthia to pick her up and she wudn't eidder.  ha-ha!!! 

Gabbe here -Well, I can't hep it if I dinna want other doggie sniffin on my bootie!  And mean ole Mommy wudn't even pick me up to save me.  She said I had to be a big girl and then even Auntie Cynthia left me to the sniffers. Hurmph!!!  Any way, since I had to make the best of it, I jest hung aroung Mom and when she walked, I ran in circles around here.  All of de people dere thought that I was very cute doing that. 

Mom here - the girls were good on their outing.  I left Lily and Max at home as you can only take two dogs per person in the park and Lily has not been released from crate rest yet.  She goes back to College Station to the vet for her 6 week check up on Monday the 20th.  She is doing great and it is harder and harder to keep her quiet.

Wow!  We is gwad youse girlz had a happy time at da doggy park.  Maddie here....I wikes to wun and sniff and woll in stinky stuff.  Fuddy Duddy Doddy only walks around....well, sumptimes she wolls and twots awound.  Iffins a BIG doggie is awound dough, Doddy gets vewwy skart and if mommy is sitting down, she jumps in mommy's wap.  Doddy is a good distance jumper when she's skart. 

Sandi: GOOD GIRLS!  I don't blame you, Gabbe.  Butt sniffin' ain't the only way to say howdy do, is it?  Sounds like you had a lot of fun.  We're sure glad that Lily is doing well.  Continued healing rays to her and a kiss to each one of you!

Dis is Brandy.....Gabbe - I don't blame you a bit !!!!  Wheneber we go to de dog park, I do de same thing with my mama - I would much rather she just CARRY me around !!!!  I do dat whenever we go anywhere other den our house and even when people dat I don't know very good come to our house....I know dat mama will protect me !!!!

I know your mommy just wanted you to try and have fun !!!

Glad Lily is on the mend - this is definatly the hardest part !!!  Let us know how her check up goes.....
