posting pictures

I need help. I have forgotten how to post a picture in my message. Can anyone refresh my memory?

The easiest way to post picutres (at least in my opinion) is to use the attach box below the box where you type in a message to post.

The box is labled "Attach:" and it has a button beside it that says "Browse"  - you can click on "Browse" and then go find the location that you have saved the picture to on your computer.
